I appreciate a lot the welcoming and organization of Favia. I was well checked before coming (documents explaining services) and when in Poltava. And also the large kind of services proposed I was particularly pleased to have an Ukrainian mobile phone, and some snack in flat – so feel secure in case of need to call or be called, and didn’t spend time in food shopping. My meetings was well scheduled and I was really very happy my interpreter Tanya organizes for me excursions and visits around: very good way to discover Poltava surrounding and history. So I recommended people to have such experience.
